Heres the concept work for the cargo, 8 fuel tanks on the Starfarer, and IMO that cargo version would be similar in capacity to Serenity. We use cookies and similar tools that are necessary to enable you to make purchases, to enhance your shopping experiences, and to provide our services, as detailed in our Cookie Notice. The others seem more like the Transit van of space ships, while the SF & MM are more like lorries, but not huge ocean haulers either like a Hull-C. IMO, from what we've seen, the Starfarer (Cargo variant) & MM are the closest match by some way, and probably have a cargo hold of comparable size too. Supposed to be fairly nippy too, but its an alien ship so might not have quite the same aesthetics. The Banu Merchantman could be a close match, its hard to tell but it should have the rooms and its a trader ship. The Constellation is somewhere in between, too small, but it'll be mobile. The Starfarer almost certainly wont have the mobility of Serenity, which is something i feel the Freelancer would have, but in comparison its tiny and has none of the internal similarities really. One thing that concerns me is there was a lore story a few months back (May perhaps) about someone entering an abandoned Starfarer and them walking through it, and it specifically mentioned welded on gas containers, which made me feel like that isnt going to be something modular you can swap & change, which would be a real shame IMO. Hard to tell, the Starfarer seems like it'd be comparable for size & rooms, they concepted a box cargo variant before they'd even presented artwork, so it seems like that would be something they'd do later on, they have the original Starfarer and the military version Gemini (may or may not be sold).
